Executive Director
The Executive Director of Cana Family Institute will provide mission-centered leadership, strategic direction, and organizational oversight to ensure the success of Cana's programs and partnerships. This dynamic role includes leading and mentoring staff, spearheading fundraising efforts, and serving as the primary spokesperson to champion Cana's mission and vision. The Executive Director will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to implement and refresh the 3–5 year Strategic Plan. A key focus will be securing major gifts, fostering donor relationships, and expanding fundraising avenues to sustain and grow the organization. The ideal candidate is an active, practicing Catholic with strong leadership experience, proven fundraising success, and a passion for strengthening marriages and families. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a mission-driven organization making a deep impact on families and communities across the country.
